This is a smoking dome for cocktails, a device used to infuse smoke flavor into drinks. It consists of a clear plastic dome that sits atop a solid wooden base, providing an airtight environment. The dome features an elegant faceted knob at the top for easy lifting. It can be unscrewed and replaced with another one of your chioce. On the side, there's a black rubber valve designed for the input of smoke from a smoking gun or similar device.
To use the smoking dome for cocktails, you would first prepare your cocktail in a glass and place it on the wooden base. Then, you cover it with the dome. Using a smoking gun loaded with your choice of wood chips—such as hickory, applewood, or mesquite—you insert the hose into the valve, turn on the smoking gun, and fill the dome with smoke. Allow the smoke to infuse the cocktail for a few minutes, depending on how intense you want the flavor to be. Before shipping, each glass and item is carefully and individually checked to be sure that everything is in perfect condition. Glasses are then protected with bubble wrap and other shock absorbing products.
Unless otherwise specified, all our shipping is done using the Accelerated parcel service from Canada Post.
Please be aware that some items cannot be shipped during winter months. That includes non-alcoholic beverages and spirits. Since those products don't contain alcohol, sugar or salt, the bottles freeze and have a high chance of exploding during transportation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
